My personal physician recommended I that I receive chiropractic
care approximately 2 years ago. Chiropractic care has improved
my quality of life by relieving the constant pain in my neck
and shoulders. I can now engage in many more activities without
pain. Without the constant pain I am much happier.
What a positive change I now have in my life. I also tell them
what a wonderful and caring person Dr. Paula is. I really enjoy
her upbeat attitude and her well rounded knowledge as it pertains
to patient care.

I had an injury to my neck five years before seeking chiropractic care. I was
told before chiropractic care that I just had to deal with the pain and lack
of movement. Now, I have full range of movement and I no longer have to deal
with pain. My physician sent me to physical therapy, which focused on exercises,
traction and some (very little) pressure point massage. I found that I only experienced
short-term relief.
I don’t think about my neck problem on a daily basis. I can start participating
in activities that I had to give up. Overall, I feel that I have really benefited
by the care.
I am a firm believer in chiropractic care. There is a solution for your pain
and it’s a long-term solution…with long-term benefits.

My chronic neck pain (20 years) got so bad that it caused me to crash my motorcycle.
Chiropractic care has dramatically improved nearly every aspect of my life, including,
temperament, physical activity of all types, and my ability to deal with stress
in a measured, non-volatile way. I am much more willing to delve into physical
activities and no longer fear the results. Additionally, my stress level has
decreased and my interpersonal relationships have improved.
Before seeking chiropractic care I would lie down and rest during the frequent
flare-ups. Sometimes it worked right away but usually it would not work. Instead,
over time, some improvement would occur and then I’d just deal with the
residual pain.
What others should know about chiropractic care. A visit can only help. If treatment
is indicated, you can plan on taking back your life. Many things are quietly
given up due to pain and discomfort and they don’t have to be. With good
chiropractic care, one can resume the duties and activities one loves and all
those who count on you will notice that you’re back among the living.
